I am a one person business with only the occasional order, so I offer a personal service and will always contact you individually to confirm arrangements and provide tracking information.

In the UK, delivery will be within ten working days at the very latest at no extra charge. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact me at the time of the order using this form to discuss a faster service at extra cost. And if you are within a reasonable distance from my studio near Swaffham, Norfolk, I will usually be able to deliver it personally.

Outside the UK - I offer worldwide delivery at cost. Before sending the order I will contact you to confirm arrangements and discuss delivery options. If we are unable to make acceptable delivery arrangements I will proovide a full refund.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or other authorities in your country. Neither can I be liable for any taxes or input duties.

Returns

If the artwork is damaged on receipt, please let me know immediately using this form. We will then send you an email address for you to provide an image of the damage, will immediately arrange for collection at no charge and will refund all your money as soon as we get the item back.

If it is undamaged but you decide you don't want to keep it, we will be happy to receive it back for a full refund provided it is still in saleable condition. Please contact us and I will give you the return address. Unfortunately I cannot offer free returns unless I am at fault.

If you are returning the item from outside the UK, please make it clear on the labelling that you are returning an item and not exporting it so as to avoid UK taxes.
